Shanti is a corporate lawyer advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice encompasses general corporate advisory work and complex transactions across a wide range of industries, including foreign investment, energy and mining, capital markets, land and property, as well as financial services and financing transactions.
She has extensive experience assisting foreign and domestic investors in establishing, structuring, and expanding their businesses in Indonesia, including through mergers and acquisitions. She regularly advises clients on foreign investment regulations, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, licensing, and day-to-day commercial matters, providing practical and commercially focused solutions to support their business objectives.
Shanti holds a Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
